Shipping Charges

If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply place the item(s) in your cart, enter your shipping address, and press Continue. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information.

Shipping Methods

Transit times are as follows:
  • Standard Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. Estimated Shipping Time: 4-10 business days.
  • Quick Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. UPS 3-day Select.Shipping Time: 2-4 business days.
  • Rush Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. UPS 2-Day Air. Shipping Time: 2 business days.
  • Postal Shipping - AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. USPS Shipping Time: 5-25 business days.

Due to security alerts, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances, United States Postal Service (USPS) mail may not be as consistent as United Parcel Service(UPS). While USPS is very reliable, The United States Post Office will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates. We are unable to control delivery times, but make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. We use the best methods we can find to reduce shipping costs for our customers.

For your protection, we track all orders and we insure larger orders. We obviously, however, cannot control the US Postal Service. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, you can contact the USPS directly. You should also notify us immediately if you receive products damaged in shipping, and take a picture, if possible.

Shipping Destinations

  • Hip2bSquareOnline.com is currently only shipping to United States.

     Processing Times

  • It usually takes approximately 1 to 2 business days from the time we receive your order until it is processed, packed and ready to be shipped.  Be aware that "Rush" and "Quick" orders are given priority status and are packaged and shipped first.  If you need the order in a hurry, remember to select "Quick or Rush Shipping".  Any of these orders will be shipped out the same day they are ordered if they are placed before Noon MST and will ship the next business day otherwise.

    Tracking Your Order

    When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive email with complete information on what was shipped and a valid tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit. If you have already placed an order and would like to track it, you can also track your order directly from our website.

     Backorders / Out of Stock Items

    It is not the standard policy of Hip2bSquareOnline.com to accept backorders for items. If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the order.
